The Taiko Hungary Japanese Drum Company’s mission is to inform about, to practice and present this Japanese drumming technique. Traditional Japanese Taiko drumming is an energetic mixture of rhythm, dynamic movement and concentration. The foundation of Taiko is team spirit where the emphasis is not on individual musicians but on team-work and unified movements. The relatively simple musical pieces are made really impressive by the perfectly executed performance and spectacular show elements.

„The band was formed in 2012 in Szeged. It’s sound is a mixture of strong and strict hip-hop basis, fresh funky melodies and softer, slower blues themes. The lyrics are varied, there are songs about weekend parties as well as about dreams, desires and current social issues. The members of the band are active in the citiy’s music scene and cultural life. I, László Szívós too, have been a member of National Theatre of Szeged for eleven years as well as my colleague Kata Csorba. The band Show Me was formed in the beginning of 2015 by trained musicians from Budapest and Szeged. They became friends through their shared passion for music. One day they had an idea: why not play songs loved by everyone and at the same time give the audience a real concert experience, unforgettable entertainment for music lovers like themselves. Their repertoire is a combination of today’s pop, rock, funky and soul hits and some evergreens, a perfect concoction to every party. In this concert visitors can enjoy the best hits of different musical periods in the performing of Show Me band, everyone will meet absolute favourites.
